Welcome everyone! This is Cordelia Nissley with the KOP Wellness Crew! Congratulations on taking on the Broad Street Challenge!

I along with members from the KOP Wellness Crew will help you run 10 miles with our interactive customized running program. We take the holistic approach to running.Our comprehensive 10 week training program includes chiropractic adjustments, massage, stretching and running tips, and online-in person interactive help.

Our program is designed to be self-driven with some help from us...the KOP Crew! We will be meeting once a week for a long run...so get your sneakers out..we are going to take Broad Street by storm!

The birds are chirping, the buds on trees are appearing, and the sun is shinning! 

Spring is on it's way which means better running conditions! 

What to wear for "in between weather" 

*  Light, airy clothes such as UnderArmour(tm) or ClimaCool fabric

* Try not to wear cotton-cotton holds in mositure which slows the runner down and the runner can get chilly if there is a breeze

* Drink plenty of water-even though the temperature is still cool, the runner needs to stay hydrated.
